Mobility configuration is also an option we can provide, as some of our minivans have forward and rear facing seating to make it easier for elderly or disabled people to get comfortable access. This configuration provides easier door access and plenty of additional leg room in the main seating area. Please mention this requirement when you get a quote or make a booking for your minivan rental.

Wanting to travel a long distance? Economical yet powerful petrol engines make for smooth running in air-conditioned comfort. Diesel engines are also available for economical travel. Unlimited kilometer rates are available for multiple day rentals - see our rates below.

Delivery / Pick-up Options
For your convenience we allow an option for your collection of your hire minivan at 4.45pm the previous day on any full-day or multiple-day rentals. This allows you to get full use of your first rental day. Full-day rentals have a vehicle return time of 4.30pm.

We are able to deliver rental vehicles and pick up from locations away from the yard, subject to availability. A surcharge will apply for this service.

Reducing Excess Available
For your peace of mind, you can purchase optional insurance. This reduces the liability (excess) to an affordable amount if you damage the vehicle or are involved in an accident.

NZRA 24hr Roadside Assistance is available with all our rental vehicles (through NZ Roadside Assist providers).

Conditions

1. Drivers License Requirements:
   The Authorised Driver of the vehicle must be over 21 years of age and possess a current full valid drivers license. Any other Authorised Drivers who may drive the vehicle must produce a current full valid drivers license.
2. Deposits and Payments:
   A deposit may be required at time of booking to secure your vehicle reservation. Full payment for your intended rental period is required at the time of collection. Payment can be made by credit card, eftpos or cash only. CHEQUES, AMEX & DINERS CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Insurance:
   Insurance is available and recommended for each vehicle to cover your intended rental period. Also available are our reducing excess rates.
4. Fuel Supplied On Pickup:
   All vehicles are initially supplied with a full tank of fuel. It is your responsibility to return the vehicle with a full fuel tank, otherwise a surcharge of $25 will apply for our refueling service in additional to the estimated cost of the fuel used.
